The second step is finding the right coach for you to be able to learn many thing about volleyball this is more importand step because the coach is who to teach to play and he teachs discipline and become the best.
The last step is constant practice, maybe 2 and 3 hours each day for to be in shape for example run, exercises and eat healthy.
Play volleyball game will make your life hoppier.
I was a player and it was good. with the right team a great coach, with dedication and practice you can become as good . as I am.

To change your life

Eun young Chang - Sandy

Great traveling to different countries will change you life. I've traveled to many countries with good friends, had various experiences of different culture. You can live a better life.
First of all, one of things in great traveling are good friends. After traveling, you can know whether you have good friends or bad friends. Many people sometimes fight with friends during the travel even though they have a good relationship, but if you act with care about that, your trip will be good with friends.
The second thing is new experiences in different countries. When you visit other countries, you have many problems. For example, if you looking for a hotel, you don't know the direction because you have come for the first time so you need someone's help or a map. While traveling, you have many experiences that you never have experienced.
The last thing you can discover is different countries. Many countries's cultures are multifarious. But general people don't know a variety of cultures so their thinking and living are limited. If you visit countries, you can know the culture and the feeling of your mind becomes plentiful.
The world becomes globalizational. Making a world travel will change your mind and life. Therefore, I'm sure that travel abroad will make a better life.

How to Prepare A Party

01/28/08
Jiyeon, Hwang
Sometimes, people have a party. As it gives fun and energy for life, many people like parties. We can enjoy meeting someone, great music, and delicious food... However, we can't hold a party whenever. It is so hard in that the host or hostess takes a lot of time to prepare something like music, and food. Nevertheless, you can prepare a party easily if you plan one, deliberately.
First, decide on the party's purpose. Whom do you invite? Is it a birthday party or a farewell party? If you define the party's purpose, you can prepare everything to match your plan. For example, when you plan a birthday party, you can prepare it as a surprise party. Or if you want to invite your family only, you can prepare your family's remembrances, albums, music, and so on. It is an important step.
Second, finish advance preparations as early as possible. After the first step, if you decide on the people to invite, music, food, and so on, you have finished preparations. Then you can send inbitations and not only do you plan some programs, but you also prepare some food like fresh ingredients or cold food, or you clean the place where is going to be held.
Third, check all processes until the party starts. Although you prepare thoroughly, something may change, unexpectedly. So you should check carefully, and deal with some situations flexibly.
If you can follow these steps, maybe preparing a party is not difficult anymore. Keep them in mind. First, decide on the party's purpose. Second, finish advance preparations. Third, check processes in advance. After that, enjoy your party with your guests!

Find to Feel Love For My Sister.

No.1
01/14/08
Jiyeon, Hwang

4 or 5 years ago, my second sister -her name is Hayeon- had happened car accident. When she was going to school by bicycle, a car pushed her bicycle. It was such a serious accident that she was in a hospital because of broken her born. As she was preparing University admission, she was very busy, actually. In Addition, my parents had their jobs, and my other sister was a student, so no one could care her. In fact, I was preparing to transfer, but I had to taking care of my sister as I could do better than my family did. Finally, I had taken care of my sister.
My sister and I would had been friendly, but sometimes, bad. I was worried about it, and I would had never looked for anyone. However, I loved my sister very mush, so I decided to think joyfully about looking for her. She had been in hospital about 2 months.
She couldn’t wash her face, hair, and body. Moreover, she couldn’t use toilet for herself!
She could only use a spoon and fork. She had usually lied on bed. It was hard time for her, absolutely. Therefore, I had always been with her, and helped. I tried that she was laugh. I was a comedian. Every patient was laugh when I tried to my sister laugh. If someone makes me try again, I can’t anymore. Even though it was very shy, I wanted to my sister laugh. When many guests - my parent friends, sister’s friends, and relatives- visited the hospital, they were worried about not only Hayeon but also me. However, I was so happy that it was a good time for me and her. It was reason why we could find how much love each other. In fact, Hayeon was sorry to me, so she could try to everything for herself.
Now, she is good health, and her broken bone is stronger than before. Most of all, we have been very, very friendly since that days!!

We Need Help

We should help each other in the daily life. I received help many times from people around me. So I need to help others when they are in trouble.

When I was in high school, I lived in school’s dormitory. In my room I had
7roommates.We helped each other in the daily life. When somebody lost something, we could help them to find it. When somebody was on duty, we could help them to clean. They were some small things. But if some big events happened, we also could help them

One day, one of my roommates came back with a sad expression. He was almost crying. We asked him what happened, but he didn’t say anything. We asked all the time, finally he answered that he lost his wallet. In the wallet there was the money for the tuition, and he didn’t have enough money to pay the tuition. He was scared and worried, so he couldn’t tell his parents. At that time we didn’t hesitate, and told him we could help him. At that time we didn’t have much money, either. But we helped him .Everyone brought out his money as much as they could. It was not enough .So we had to borrow from classmates. Finally we got the amount, and gave it to him. He was very thankful and didn’t know what to say. We told him that he can pay back any time. Because of our effects, his trouble was solved in one day. Since then, we became much closer.

It was not a big matter for us. But for him, he would never forget it. We should continue helping others because we all need help.

Helping my friend

A few days ago, my girlfriend lost her debit card.

When she recognized that fact, she was very embarrassed.

She didn’t know what to do, because she just came here a month ago.

But I knew everything, because several times I’ve lost my card. So I could help her.

We called the credit card center, and we checked the bank account amount.

The next day, we went to the bank and then we received a new card.

Whenever I lost my card, I thought that I was very foolish, but that day my experience was very useful.

Therefore, I could help my friend. It was nice.

I knew that sometimes misfortune will be fortune.

Helping to My Cousin

I am from Peru, so may story was there when my cousin was pregnant. he was 20 years old. She didn't know that she had been waiting for a baby and she took medicine. She was alone in her house, because her parents and brother were in thir jobs, so she called me. Fortunately I was in my house because I was on vacation. She was scared because she felt a lot of pain in her stomach. When I went to her house she was crying. Then I Brought her to a doctor, but when we arrived there the doctor said, "This case is an emergency. We need to move her to the special Hospital". So He called an ambulance.
Then when arrived at the hospital I didn't know anything. that was happening I was only scared. My cousin was very badly off, bleeding because she had lost her baby, but the baby was stuck in side her. while she was undergoing an operation I was calling to her parents. They come to the hospital inmediately. They were scared too we had to wait many hours before we knew about her condition. When the operation was finished we were feeling better because they told us, "The patient is good". She needed a transfusion, but everything is ok". Now I think abouth the fact that if I had not been in my house at that moment maybe my cousin would have died. I feel good abouth helping her.

Fraternity vs adversity

When a family member experience a terminal illness all the family group is affected deeply. My brother Ignacio is 53 years old. He has a wife and two sons. He is a teacher and a brave patient of liver cancer. In his conditions,he can't work the same as he used to before. his economic situation got worse too. The las December 2007 he loosed his job and his possibilities of carrying his obligations. Then I decided to help them in the best way possible. I made a brothers team to put his family in a safe and comfortable place. After a huge effort I spent a part of my saving account bank and with all the love I purchased a little apartment in Bogota city where they are finally overcoming this unpredictable experience.Nobody in the family knows how long time we will have our brother Ignacio with us. He is going to face another session of chemotherapy next February. Although he is tired and afraid of something being wrong,he feels alive in relation to his future family. His wife got a new job in a school, his sons are very good gays trying to take care of my brother. All my family is around them giving emotional support because only God knows what will happen to him.

Helping loved ones!!!

I always like to help my friends and my family when one of them needs my help or needs me to stay by his/her side.

I remember one day, when I was studying in high school in Colombia, I helped my best friend. Her name is Diana, also and she is a very good student and excellent person, but that day she felt down because she couldn't pass an important test of mathematics. Actually, It was a difficult topic and she was confused...
However, I understood the topic and I could help her with her questions and she finally understood and then she could pass the test with a high score. She was so happy and she told me, "Thanks!!!". It was so satisfying for me.
After that, she helped me when I needed her and I dis the same with her.

I remember another story. It was when I mus have ten years old or so. It was raining and I was at home with my mother. My uncle was working and my grandmother was with her friends. In my house there was two spaces with flowers but one of those has a dangerous floor when it was raining. In those days my grandmother sold milk that my grandfather sent her for his farm. She had many customers. My mother received the milk but she didn't notice that the floor was wet and she fell down with the milk!!!.
I was so sacred and I called my neighbor and an ambulance. Thanks to God it wasn't complicated, but when my mother came back I always gave her medicine or helped her when she needed something.

I helped my best friend!

I have several good friends.

One of them I call Sue. She has not only a strong mind but also looks cold.

One day she told me about her boyfriend.

She had been making a good relationship with him for 7months.

she had loved him and he also loved her very much.

They had just one problem about distance.

She lived in NY and her boyfriend lived in other state.

Even though she has a strong mind, she felt lonely and missed him.

Obviously, I didn’t realize how to help her. I just wanted to her in whatever was possible.

So, I decided to buy an airplane ticket for her. I recommended to her,

“Why don’t you go there with the ticket?” She was very surprised and changed her face.

When I saw that, I thought that I did a good job. She departed in the early morning.

She said to me “Thank you so much, I’ll never forget it”

So I thought we were really best friends.

Helping my mother

Last summer vacation, I lived in Korea, I used to help my mother. She is a teacher, so she is very busy. But I had a lot of free time. From that vacation on, my house working started. I cleaned the house, washed the dishes sometimes cooked a dinner. And I had a part-time job something like teaching high school students. I made money and gave my mother small amounts of earned money. She was glad, because after working, she felt tired so she didn’t want to do house work. And earning money is also a reason that she felt happy. Every vacation I used to work and help her, but now I can’t help her. Sometimes I call her. She says “Oh, my lovely girl. I miss you. Our home got dirty when you went to America.” And then I smile, because of her joke. I miss my mother. If I go back to Korea, I’ll help her more than in the past.

As a perfect daughter

Shin, Yoong-ah

Two years ago, I really helped my mother very hard during all my winter vacation. I got up early and prepared the meals for the family members. After having meals, I washed the dishes and cleaned rooms. I even did the laundry. I didn’t complain. I also studied hard. What a perfect daughter!

Of course, there was a rational reason. I had spoiled my exam. It was a very important exam to enter the university. My parents were very disappointed and a little bit angry, so I had to do chores to please them.

Then, to be honest, I didn’t do them for my pleasure, but because I had to. There was no alternative. Actually, they were dark days for me.

Fortunately, after that, I passed the exam so I could stop doing chores and escape from the darkness. I regained brightness and so I did my parents.

It's a unhappy ending but...

hello~ i'm hyun sik. Nice to meet you~
I'm gonna tell a story which concerend with my high school life.

This event happened when i was going to school. At that time, I was a high school student, I used to go to schooll with my friend whoose name is park by bus.
But the bus was not only our bus but also some women's bus.
Actually in korea (i'm from korea) when i used to go to school , schools were seperated by gender, my school is only for boys still now!! although around 10 years passed after i graduated!! Anyway so we did not have chances to meet a girl. Oneday it was the same daily routine ecept for a pretty gril who rode the bus. Oh sorry I missed onething. In korea we don't have school buses for high school students. They have to use public transportation, For example, bus, subway, taxi or helicopter whatever somthing like that.

when we saw the girl my friend fell in love immediately. But he did not have bravery. So he could not tell her anything without just staring at her. He asked me again and again how he could do for her, how he could express his mind. Several times he tried to tell her. But you know he failed. Just like that ,the time passed by, almost 2 months, even though he and I could meet her on the way to school.

he was losing his bravery. So I could not stand it anymore. I resolved to help him. Fisrt, I made him prepare a letter for her. Second, I oredered him just to give the letter to her. Although I oredered him, he did not obey. I was very disappointed with him. Finally, I thought of another way. In conclusion, I found a way. But i thought it was not a good way, The way was to give the letter to her from me. I gave the letter to her instead of him. Eventually I did so. She was very suprised and wondered who wrote the letter. I tried to explain who it was. But she did not recognize him.
what happened after that?

my friend and the pretty girl eventually met and had a date, they spent time together. But it was not a happy ending. They did not have a relationship a long time. I don't know why. But i can guess, I think she was disappointed by his lack of bravery so after a couple of dates she did not want to meet him. Yes it is a sad story and unhappy ending.

But after that hard time my friend changed a lot beyond my expectation. Now days he has a lot of girlfriends and he became a casanova ! Do you know Casanova? Who is well known as most playboy ever in the human history!
He is more popular than any other friends.
And then this is the time which my friend help me not i help him.

thank you for reading
my name's hyunsik

Helping friend

It happened 2 years ago. My closefriend went to a party at a club but I did not go with her. At 2 am. When I was sleeping and the telephone rang. I picked up the phone, it was her. She was drunk so that she could not drive. She asked me to pick her up at the club. I was afraid because it was really late. I had to call a taxi. When I was in the taxi I kept talking to her on the phone because I did not want it to be quiet. When I arrived I saw her sitting on a bench and I bought some water and cool wipes at 7/11. After that we called a taxi and went home safely.

ER

When i was working in the hospital, there was an emergency situation. At that time,I was working at night with my co-worker.There were many patients who needed us to take care of them. I don't remember exactly what time it was.Suddenly.one of my patitents complained of chills, dyspnea and some times heart pain.I checked her pluse rate and blood prussure. Her pulse rate was over 120 and I don't remember her blood pressure. But,It was lower than normal.I took an emergency medication and I called a docter. He ordered blood for a transfusion. My co-worker and i was very busy but we weren't nervous.I did blood sampling to check her state. Finally,a docter diagonosed that she was in shock follow excessive bleeding and when finished the emergency treatment, she transfered to another haspital.2 weeks later, she callde me and she said,"Thanks for your help.I will never forget you."
It was 2 years ago,but i still remember her and my co-worker and i some times talk about that evevt. "We are the best!"
COUSIN'S SOLIDARITY

I helped my cousin when we were in high school. He broke his ankle at that time.
At the time when it happened I saw the situation .I was shocked because I saw it.As soon as I saw it, I was going where the situation happened .My cousin worried about his ankle.I made him calm and than I took him to the hospital with our several friends. This situation demonstrated our solidarity.
Finally, now my cousin is all right and we get along well with each other.I expect it won't happen to anybody,if everybody is careful.

I think about friend of mine who made artworks together.

Sandy

I had a good friend. Before I came to New York, I was a university student at Hong-ik University in Korea. I met her after I came to university. She is smaller than me and so cute and she has a good heart. She and I became good friends so we had same classes and we used to eat lunch together and studied after school. We had been studying art at university. Our major was Ceramic & Glass Art. We worked hard at that time. Sometimes we worked overnight. Because we had an exhibition of Art, we made artworks without sleep. When we made artworks in winter, we felt it was very difficult and hard. So I helped her works and we took a rest together. At that time, even though the weather was so cold, we worked very hard. Therefore, after the semester, we were extremely tired in our bodies and minds. We took a rest in the park and talked a lot. That was helpful for each of us. I don't have a story about my helping someone specially. But I remember the time that she and I made artworks with passion. I'm sure that we are good friends. I've studied art for 3years at my university. It was great time because of her. Now, I'm in New York to learn English. On February 26, 2007, I came here but she is still living in Korea. I sometimes think about her.
