Sometimes, people have a party. As it gives fun and energy for life, many people like parties. We can enjoy meeting someone, great music, and delicious food... However, we can't hold a party whenever. It is so hard in that the host or hostess takes a lot of time to prepare something like music, and food. Nevertheless, you can prepare a party easily if you plan one, deliberately.
First, decide on the party's purpose. Whom do you invite? Is it a birthday party or a farewell party? If you define the party's purpose, you can prepare everything to match your plan. For example, when you plan a birthday party, you can prepare it as a surprise party. Or if you want to invite your family only, you can prepare your family's remembrances, albums, music, and so on. It is an important step.
Second, finish advance preparations as early as possible. After the first step, if you decide on the people to invite, music, food, and so on, you have finished preparations. Then you can send inbitations and not only do you plan some programs, but you also prepare some food like fresh ingredients or cold food, or you clean the place where is going to be held.
Third, check all processes until the party starts. Although you prepare thoroughly, something may change, unexpectedly. So you should check carefully, and deal with some situations flexibly.
If you can follow these steps, maybe preparing a party is not difficult anymore. Keep them in mind. First, decide on the party's purpose. Second, finish advance preparations. Third, check processes in advance. After that, enjoy your party with your guests!

That is good advice. I wonder how to advise people who are shy and don't know how to behave at parties.

Yes, it's important to prepare for a party. But what advice is there for shy people who don't know how to make conversation in large groups?
