Yesterday on October 23 there was a vote.
The vote tool place at City Hall
The vote was about the third term election for the mayor.
At the meeting there was a lot of talking about the topic.
People were arguing if the topic was democratic or not.
It was decided that the third term election was legal.

Eliana`s Simplicio : Day by day !!

My name is Eliana Simplicio i am from Brazil i study at Laguardia on level 4.
Every morning i get up at 6:30 am, i usually take my coffe and dress up because i have to work.
The tain station is 2 blogs away from my house and i usually take the train at 7:30 am, as i see, the trains are very crowded and i have to transfer at 59 st (Lexington Av.)and the subway are very crowded too, i transfer to the six train and still crowded.
Thats why they are building new subway lines to solve this problema and
as i heard will be finished in 2015 and i hope all the subway line be last crowded.

Hello everyone! My name's Juliana and I've been in New York since february of this year. This morning i went to the supermarket and i have to confess: i don't like to do it, but it's o.k. :-) Every day i stay at home with my son -Tommy- and we go out for a walk in the neigborhood. We are so happy because we can be togheter. He's 15 months- old and i feel it's right takes care him. But next year i think i'll have a job and that i become so happy, too. Last year, i was in Argentina, my country, and my life was completly diferent. I'm in a period of transition and i'm enjoying it.
