Difference Point of View by Rata

I feel uncomfortable here because I don't have any friends and family including every environs are new.Unlike in Thailand, here in New York where I am staying now, there are not only alot of people, big buildings, but there are also mass transfortations. Moreover, there are museums, theaters, shopping centers and so on. Particularly, the most people here are individualistic than people from Thailand.

Compared to the U.S., for example, people here who think the most important things about relationship between man and woman is only just to be come girl/boyfriend.They intend to date many people utill they can find someone who is match with them and then they get married. During that dating period they tend to have sexual relationship. For people in Thailand, the point of view about the relationship between man and woman it is not just only to become girl/boyfriend and have sexual relationship during dating period. Most of the time they do not have any sexual relationship till they get marry. It might be good to prevent sexual transmission diseases. If someone had sexual relationship before got marry, they will be criticized by the elderly. furthermore the relationship between man and woman are influence by their own society and it becomes n0rm Recently, the young generation tend to be different to the norm ecause of globalization.

When I first came to the United States, I was surprised to see some people especially teenager were kissing in the public places, for example in the park, on the bus and anywhere else in public eyes. In Thailand, It is hardly ever see something like that. Since I have been here, I have scarcely thought about making friend with American guys or the others. Since I came to New York, I thought over a lot before I decided to make friend with some men here and I wonder that woman and man in some con tries can not be a close friend, unless they are dating.

In contrast to American, who tend to be independent on their own opions, Thai tend to express their emotion, or action by considerate of others' feeling. That is a behavior of people in my country, whereas our point of views differ from many countries. I want to be a person who can accept the good aspects of both countries.

Willie "Test??"

I feel alone here because I don't have a girlfriend now.

Unlike in Korea, in New York I rarely have a chance to make a girlfriend.

Generally speaking, Americans like to do something with other people and people from Korea love to do something with other people.

Compared to Americans, who think the most important thing is private time to rest, for people in Korea, to be alone technically becomes the standard of behavior.

We, korean, tend to dislike extra charge such as tax and tip.

When I first came to New York, I was surprised to see many kinds of people.

In Korea, I hardly ever see people who come from another country.

Since I came here, I have scarcely thought about my health.

Since I came here, I have thought a lot about making friends who can speak English very well.

If someone make somebody wait for a longtime in Korea, It would be criticized for wasting time.

In my opinion, it is influenced by old people.

In contrast to American, who always tend to be kind, Korean sometimes tend to be rude.

China is a very big country, whereas the United States is a huge country.

My sister want to be a nice girl who can be respected.
