My friend Sarah decided to leave her job one week ago. Apparently, she had been sad for about two weeks prior to making this decision. I understand she had been having personal problems that had led to works problems as well. Sarah's friend encouraged her to speak with her boss, but unfortunately Sarah refused. Her friends and her family feel terrible that they could not convince her to get counseling before making the decision to leave her job. They are worried that eventually Sarah will regret her decision and will wish she had stayed in her job.
