my sister decided not to get married two months ago. Apparently,she had been sad for 3 weeks prior to making this decision. I understand she had been having health problems that had led to finacial problems as well.I encouraged her to speak with professional doctors or a psychologist,but unfortunately anna refused.Our parents and fiance feel mortifled that they could not convince her to get counseling before making the decision not to get married we are worried that eventually Anna will regret her decision and we hope she change her mind before it is to late.

Riccardo, your writing is good. You fixed the punctuation.Capital letters and periods are correct. But you forgot some capital letters, for example, in "my sister" and "anna."And you forgot a period (.) between "married" and "we." These are small things, but you should practice them so they become habitual.
