Juana

My partner,Adriana,a 37year old single woman who lives with her family works as a Meurice lineng dpt.and speaks spanish, the language of this Country,Mexico, which is on the continent of America, and of her hometown,D.F.

Juana, this is fine. The name of Adriana's job isn't clear, though. "Meurice lineng dpt." Is it Macy's linen department?

"Spanish" should begin with a capital "S" because it's the name of a language.

Her hometown, D.F., should be spelled for people who don't know what D.F. is.

The grammar is correct. Sentence structure is perfect.
