Alfredo Hinojosa was born in a Mexicali city, Mexico. Mexicali is 60 miles before U.S. border, closed to California. His family has a gas station. The first Alfredo jobs, as in gas stations father, when hi was 5 years old.
In 1970s, in Mexico became a critical economic situation, and Alfredo decided to go to the United State. to help his family. He put 65 dollars in his pocket and go. The first job in the U.S., was in a farm, Alfredo picked cotton, cantaloupes and tomatoes, hi bought a terrible camper, no doors, broken for everywhere, and payed $300.
One day Alfredo's cousin tell him to study english, and hi when to the community college to tacked English classes. The teacher encourage him to go to university. Alfredo go to Berkeley University in California and  discover a passion for scientist studies. Alfredo continue to study a Medicine, became a Doctor, today is a neurosurgeon, professor at Johns Hopkins University, and develop to his dream, "help the peoples".
