Many immigrants are living In the United States. Andrei is one of the immigrants. He is 50 years old Russian. When he lived in his country, he worked for the Siberia Railroad Company for many years. Then he had a comfortable living. But now, his job is cleaning man. He studies during the day and works at night. He want to become a translator in U.N. in international committee. He will make it.

I'm not sure if your writing has improved or was always good, but this is excellent. You avoid grammar mistakes and seem to really understand how sentences work in English.
I've made some minor corrections below.
