I think that the reality that Andrei lived was very hard. A lot of people want to come to USA. People want to find a better situation in their lives. Many people want to realize the American dream because the people hear that in the US everything is interesting than in their contries. People say that in the US there are many oportunities to find job, and people earn a lot of money. I think so, but it's necesary to have some recomendation or have a lot of experience that certificate who is the person and what know to do. On other hand, It's necesary to know the English to find a good job.
