Alfredo Quinonez  is a neurosurgeon and professor at johmns hopkins university, and researcher fot a treatment for brain cancer.
He came from Mexico to United states 20 years ago. Alfredo Quinonez studied in a public school in Mexico. When he turned 18 years , He became a teacher but in 1970 the Mexican economy collapsed and he decided to cross the border line. He worked like a farmer picking up cotton, tomatoes and cantaloupes.
He bought a broken-down camper. He bought it for 300 dollars because he need a place to live , that was close to his job.
