 This is almost perfect. I thought it was perfect until I read a second time. 

"She studied  five days a week" should be "She studies five days a week." 

You should always read a second and third time. It's easy to miss mistakes like this.

Karen studied eight hours yesterday.  She studied five days a week.She intends to continue her studies for two more years.  She has lived in New York for one month.  She is going to take a vacation in Colombia this summer.  She would like to have a useful life in her country.
