I'd like to present my topic with "Alex Rodrigez" to my classmates.
Some people who is women or not interested in baseball, they will not know abou him.
However, if people who like baseball, they will interested in my presentation.
Now, let me start.
Alexander Emmanuel Rodrigez(his full name)is a Dominican American baseball player.
His nick name is "A-Rod" some people has been heard about it on a newspaper or TV.
He's popular as much as president Obama in the U.S.
Rodrigez has been playing in team N.Y Yankees as a third base player(third base is a position which is on the left edge part when we see a ground from batter position toward score board).
He is one of the best player in MLB(Major League Baseball). He is the youngest player ever to hit 500 homeruns. Also, Yankees has contracted with him $275 million dollar for 10 years in 2007. So, he became the player who get most salary.
At first, he played in 'Seatle Mariners'(name of the team in city seatle) in 1993 and, he tranfered to 'Texas Ragers' when he became a first free agent in 2001 season. And then, he has traded to 'N.Y Yankees' in 2004.
Rodrigez has succeed a lot of incredible things. He has broken many records of MLB. However, he was in trouble during his career in 2003. From 2001 to 2003, he used a few steroids. It was reported febrary 2009. At that time a lot of MLB players had a positive reaction and he was one of them. Rodrigez admmitted to use it caused using in spring traning that years.
He also had something relationship with Madonna in 2008. many reporter and paparazzi took many pictures that they saw each other in several places. they claimed that they were just friend but, people didn't believe it.
Although Rodrigesz has some problems like these, he is still famous player in the U.S which means no matter what he did, I have no doubt that he is the best player at present in MLB.

A-rod is not my favorite player either, but I enjoyed hearing you talk about him, also with the understanding that he is not your favorite player either. You are a Mets fan, and I salute you! The Mets are much more colorful and creative than the Yankees, in my opinion.
