Welcome new students!

Welcome to our blog. As you may know, a blog is a web log. A log is like a diary in reverse. The first thing you see on a blog is the newest entry. 

An entry is the thing you put on a blog. An entry can be writing, a photograph or anything else you think will interest your classmates. 

Everybody in the class has the same user name and password, so it is a good idea to identify yourself by writing your name at the top (or bottom) of your entry.

As your teacher, I will sometimes write messages for you on this blog. Sometimes I will send messages to our email address, at www.yahoo.com. The user name and password there are also the same for every student, but they are a little different, as I will explain, if I haven't already. 

At the beginning of class, you introduced yourself to classmates. For your first entry here, I suggest you write a short introduction to yourself. Your classmates can then read yours and you can read theirs.
