My family and I.
When my family and I lived in a beautiful farm, we were very happy in there. However, since we moved to a big city such as New York, we have been unhappy because our lives changed. We first saw the difference between the two places while looking for a good house for live. An appointment for a lease was scheduled for five o'clok by the landlord of the house and us. When we arrived in the house, only a old woman was cleaning up there. Although the land lord came late, he did not justify the reason of her lateness. Had we arrived at wrong time?. My family and I determined to ask some questions.
The landlord was both serius and nice behavior. He planed with us for thirty minutes,and he had a view to us of the house. If tenant was responsible with their montly payment. the landlord thought that any person acceptable. On the other hand, houses in big cities was a good division. Tenants were asked by landlord of the New York to show them to be true honesty and responsability. In contrast, Landlord in New York appeared to be true about accessibility to lease a house. If tenant almost always had a excelent reference.

Finding an apartment in New York has become an ordeal. The rents are outrageously expensive. Some people saw they will come down in the near future.
It is said that rent should cost no more than 25% of a family's income.
