Corruption in my country: RUSSIA____Marina
I think corruption is very big problem in the world such as in my country also. Anti-corruption organization (Transparecy Internation Agency)puts Russian Federation on the top of corruption list.Russian goverment experienced increasing corruption. Anti-corruption organization in my country works very slowly and in my mind unefected. May be because they are corrupted themself.

The anti-corruption organization in my country works very slowly and in my mind is unaffected, maybe because they are corrupted themselves.

You have pointed out a quality of corruption in governments that makes it especially hard to eradicate. When corruption becomes pervasive, it is invisible, can reach to all parts of society. Corruption can be institutionalized, as you mentioned is the case in Silvio Berlusconi's Italy.
