The grammar is correct (mostly). There are some spelling errors:
foreign
start a job at a famous company
New York and Laguardia (names) start with CAPITAL LETTERS.
Also, "trip" is a noun, not a verb:
Marika hopes she will travel in the U.S.
or Marika hopes she will take a trip in the U.S.
I suggest New Mexico:
