Three minute speeches
Your three minute speeches will give me a chance to hear you speak and evaluate your progress this semester.
Because of room changes, it's still not sure if you will talk in front of the class or just with me. In both cases, you should choose an interesting topic.
You can't read your speech and you shouldn't memorize it. Just practice at home and organize your ideas.
Something else to remember: Since we have a lot of students, you really have just three minutes to talk. If you talk too long, I will, with apologies, interrupt. Please prepare well.
