If you want improve your listening and comprenhension you can watch ¨The Resident¨ My point is, the host is pretty and young. So, you can get some point of view from young american people and understand better about the American culture and society.

Yes, the Internet is a very good tool. The problem at present with Youtube is image quality. Some of the video is difficult to see. It will be much better in the future.
