Everybody has different facial expressions because everybody has different features on face, and the different country has different local culture. so in China, people say that the eyes are the window of the soul, We can see happy, angry and so on from the eyes. Most Chinese usually look at the speaking person's eyes, and it's also a respect.

We can see happiness, anger and so on from the eyes. Most Chinese usually look at the speaking person's eyes, and it's also a sign of respect.
There are differences in how people in different countries show their emotions. That can cause misunderstanding. The best way to communicate is probably face to face, individual to individual. Eye contact is important. That saying, "The eyes are the window of the soul" also exists in English.
