For my opinion, when i heard about dancing in the streets and celebrating because Osama Bin Laden had died, I was in shock! I coudn't understand that people. How can they celebrate die of person? Ofcause, i think that for many people in that situation it just time for fun , not really understanding position people how missed someone On Sept. 11, 2001.

I think your last point is key. The people who were dancing in the streets did not really understand the people who lost someone on September 11th. Those people, like the man who wrote the letter, were serious and reflective about the meaning of those events.
