He is Sejong king who created Hangul which are letters of korean.
And he was king at the period of Josun dynasty.

hard to learn so thah only high-class people could rean and write.
Most people couldn't. So Sejong king created letters called Hoonminjungeum for the people.

Sun,
I've heard about Hangul. It was a great innovation that helped all people- not only high class- enjoy the benefits of reading and writing.
English spelling is confusing and some people want to change it to a more efficient system.
