To Tsai Tsen

Tsai Tsen,

Remember, there are two forms.

form 1. Question: How long does/did it take you to + VERB
Answer: It takes/took me + 30 minutes (for example)+ to VERB

form 2. Question: How long does/did +NOUN+ last?

Answer: It lasts/lasted 2 hours (for example

Your first is form 1

A: How long does you take subway  to work last?
B: It lasts 30min.

Correction: How long does it take you to take the subway to work?

                     It takes me 30 minutes.

The next is form 2. Its correct, but works has no "s" at the end.

A: How long does your works hour everyday last?
B: It lasts 8hr.

The next is form 1 and correct, but you missed the past tense of "take" in your answer.

A:How long did it take you to eat lunch today?
B: It taked me 1hr to ate lunch today.

The next is the same. There is another error. It should be "your company" or "the company" or "the company where you work."

A:How long did it take you to know everybody in company?
B:It taked me 1 week to know everybody.

The next is also form 1 and almost correct. "today morning" should be "this morning" and "take" in the answer should be past tense.

A:How long did your meeting in today morning last?
B:It lasts 1hr and 30min.

In the next, "take" in the answer should be past tense and "did" should be present tense (after "to" you can only use the present tense).  Also, "2hr" should be "2 hours." "Two hours" is even better.

A:How long did it take you to do this report?
B:It taked me 2hr to did this report.

In the next, " take" should be present (no s). After "will" you can only use present tense.

A:How long will it take you to be a manager in this company?
B:It will takes me 6 months.
