Mario and Pipe differ in terms of habits. While Mario is fatty, Pipe is a muscle man. Not only is Mario a high weight person, but he also likes eating very much. Moreover he doesn’t like make any exercise. Indeed, he is a sedentary person. Pipe, in the other hand, not only enjoy the exercise, but also eat healthy. Moreover he doesn’t have unhealthy habits. Indeed, Pipe is a healthy person.

Well, one of those two will probably live longer than the other. Of course, genetic factors also affects longevity.
