Phannipha and Gerry

Alfredro Hinojosa was born in Mexico and then he hopped a border fence to U.S. 20 years ago. He worked about farmworker. when he stayed at Mexico he had work with his father's gas station when he was 5 years old and his grandmother's had  2 jobs are a village healer and midwife. Today he have three jobs are neurosurgeon, professor and research also he working to find a new treatment for brain cancer.
His father could no longer keep food on the table for the family within Mexico's economy collapsed in 1970 also he was unable to provide for his family. He became a teacher when he was 18 years old.
He picked on farm in U.S. three crops are cotton, tomatoes and cantaloupes. when his cousin said that his would be a farm worker for the rest of his life, he realized it was time to move on. Her started in the community school then attend Berkeley, University of California and finally he went on to Harvard Medical School. He says is successful because many people extended a hand to him throughout his life.
