My parter Karina said that she understood a little of the article because have many new vocabulary. She read like 3 times and she understood that if we use the handshake we can live more years.

Karina got the main idea of the article. The article has new vocabulary but the idea is simple. Some physical habits (how we shake hands, walk, get out of a chair) indicate that we will live a long or short life.
