A pandemic is worldwide by definition. There is no vaccine yet, but the good news is that there's medicine, and cases outside Mexico are fairly mild so far. News reports suggest that early medical attention is the key to a rapid recovery. It seems that people infected with the virus in Mexico were unable to see doctors early.
