Terrorist attack

I read about a terrorist attack in Virginia.One week ago in Virginia Tech campus a gunman opened fire in a Virginia Tech dorm,and two hours afterword in a classroom across campus.He killed at least 30 people and at least 26 were red.
Evidence suggests that the gunman was sick.He was a psychopath.But we must wonder if he had another motive and did that attack.Now according to investigators from police, the gunman didn't have motive for the attack.The security people after the first attack should have warned the students,but they didn't do it.
Now finally after that terrable event,the proper people must find ways to prevent this from happening again.
That was writting as the deadliest shooting rampage in U.S history.
